When you book any training with us you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our terms and conditions:

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Real Animation Works Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. These changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions each time you visit our site. Your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of our latest terms and conditions.

Booking a Session or Training Course

  1. To book a class, please call or email us to schedule a suitable day and time. Please note that availability depends on the slots open for the day. (This information pertains to new clients only. Existing clients must contact us via phone or text messages).

  2. Payments are required 10-7 days before the session begins.

  3. Cheque payments are accepted only from registered companies in the UK.

  4. Diploma students can choose any time between Monday and Friday from 9 am to 7 pm (weekends limited to 3 to 4 hours due to high demand). Tutors will vary based on the topics covered.

  5. We operate from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Weekend sessions are available between 9 am and 7 pm based on our availability due to high demand.

  6. Training classes will be paused if payment is not received on the specified dates as per the invoices. Once half payment for any training is made, your place will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation either on the same day or the following day.

Cancellation Policy

We regret that we cannot offer refunds or transfers for training sessions canceled on the day. We require at least 48 hours' notice for session rescheduling or cancellation.

Class Cancellation or Rescheduling

If we cancel or reschedule a class due to accidents, train and tube delays, or health issues, your session hours will not be affected. We will arrange an alternative session for you as soon as possible.

For Delegates Booked via Reed Courses

You have the right to cancel your course purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you redeem your voucher during this period, you lose the right to cancel and request a refund.

Online lessons recordings: Online lessons must be recorded by students as we don't record the lessons; it's our policy. Your recorded lessons are stored in the "Documents" and "Zoom" folders. If you lose the recordings and have forgotten to record, we will not be responsible.


Non-Attendance Policy

If you cease attending classes without informing us for two months, your registration will be canceled. Exceptions are made for medical reasons or the death of a close relative, supported by appropriate certificates.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If a company or delegate cancels a booking on a scheduled training course (in-class or online) giving less than 10 working days’ notice, a cancellation fee is payable. The fee charged depends on the notice period given, as follows:

Cancellation period    
6 to 10 working days’ notice from course start.    
Fees payable
50% of the course fee is payable.

4 or 5 working days’ notice from course start.    
Fees payable
75% of the course fee is payable.

Less than 4 working days’ notice from course start.    
Full course fee is payable.


Price Match Guarantee:
If you reserve a spot on any of our scheduled courses and subsequently discover the identical course offered at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price. To qualify for the price match:

  • The course you find must be comparable, meaning it must:

    • Cover the same subject matter.

    • Have the same duration or longer.

    • Be personalized and one-on-one.

    • Be located within the same region, within a 20-mile radius of our course venue.

  • The lower price must be advertised on the other company’s official website.

To request a price match, please call 07970325184 before attending the course and provide us with the details of where you saw the lower price.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information unless required by law. The data we collect will be treated confidentially and used only for the intended purpose. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
